An Online Magazine or a
Contractors Association or an Event may be registered soon after a request in writing
(A fax, message or an e-mail) is received, but a Contractor's registration
is subject to the following terms and procedure;
I. QUALIFICATION
There are thousands of contractors on the world, but due to interest and
convenience of the prospective visitors, only limited no. of Contractors accross the globe
will be listed based on their Turnover as specified in the respective
pages and summarised briefly as follows;
> Top
International Contractors :
Leading International
Contractors which have an Overseas (International) Turnover of over USD 100
Million equivalent.
> Top International
Contractors Based on Types of Work Performed : Leading International
Contractors (Up to 100) of the World based on their International (Overseas)
Turnover for the Specified Type of Works/Projects Performed (minimum value
USD 10 Million equivalent).
> Top Local Contractors Based
on Total Turnover : Top 10 Local Contractors provided that their total
turnover is above USD 10 Million equivalent (all whose total turnover is
above USD 100 Million equivalent).
> Top Local Contractors Based
on Local Turnover : Top 10 Local Contractors provided that their local
turnover is above USD 10 Million equivalent (all whose local turnover is
above USD 10 Million equivalent and total turnover above USD 100 Million
equivalent).
> Top Local Contractors Based
on International Turnover :Top 10 International Contractors of the
country provided that their international turnover is above USD 10 Million
equivalent (all whose international turnover is above USD 10 Million
equivalent and total turnover above USD 100 Million equivalent).
> Top Local Contractors Based
on Types of Work Performed : Top 10 Local Contractors of each Country
based on their Turnover for the Specified Type of Works/Projects Performed,
provided that their turnover for the specified type of work is above USD 10
Million equivalent.
The CONTRACTORS
BULLETIN Administration reserves the right to include the qualified
contractors in the lists based on information
- from
sources that are considered reliable by the Administration,
- from
contractors web-sites or
- provided
directly by the contractors.
All qualified
contractors are qualified for sending information regarding sales of their
plant, equipment and facilities, announcements for human resources,
subcontractors, etc. which shall be e-published free of charge provided that
there are web pages in the contractors web-sites providing the relevant
details to which links will be provided from the CONTRACTORS BULLETIN.
II.
APPLICATION
Any Contractor which are deemed qualified as per terms in Section.I
hereabove, either as one of the Top International
Contractors or as one of the Top Local Contractors in a country may
apply via E-MAIL
or fax (to 00.90.216.330 51 60)
and provide the following information to be included in the lists;
-
The
name and full adress of the Contractor with the identification of the
Contact Person,
-
The URL identification (if available),
- 2000
and 2001 Turnover Figures indicating the turnover from overseas
projects and the local operations seperately.
The CONTRACTORS BULLETIN Administration may notify the Applicant within a reasonable period after receipt
of the applicant’s e-mail or fax (after review of the the data
provided) about the registration. It should be noted that the CONTRACTORS
BULLETIN Administration
reserves the right to accept or reject an application to their discretion
and state the
reason in case of a rejection.
III.
VALIDITY PERIOD
& MODIFICATION IN THE LISTS
The lists shall be valid and links to the qualified contractors web-sites shall be
provided as long as the contractors stay qualified and CONTRACTORS BULLETIN
is operational. However, the
lists and the ranking in the lists may be modified based on new information
that may be provided by the interested parties.
The lists shall be based on information the CONTRACTORS BULLETIN
Administration obtained and they may not be held responsible for any losses
and consequential damages in case a contractors standing does not reflect
the actual case due to information which the CONTRACTORS BULLETIN
Administration was not aware of. The CONTRACTORS BULLETIN Administration
undertake to review further data and modify the lists in case justified data
to do so are forwarded via
E-MAIL or fax (to 00.90.216.330 51 60).
